Reward card

Hi, I signed up for PlusNet in January and got an email 5th Feb about reward card, it's nearly the end of February now but I haven't received anything other than the claim confirmation email, is there any way I can find out an update on what's going on?

Hi yes I did, then I got a email saying my reward is on its way.

Ahh, thanks for confirming that @Ollieknxx. It can take up to 30 days for this to be delivered once you claim, so you should receive this soon.

Good luck with the reward card as we had nothing but issues with it after receiving the card and the customer service team that you are directed to (reward card not plus net) are so unhelpful and quite blunt in responses.

I’ve not even had an email about my reward card. How long should I wait for it? And how can you chase em up about stuff. All the help links are dead ends online. I feel a gruelling 45 min wait for a call.

What date did your service activate on / plan renew?

Also have you had a chance to check your spam / junk folder to make sure nothing has ended up in here?

We recommend up to 10 working days from your activation date for this to be received, so we're still within that window at the moment.
