Reward card - where is it?
I went live on 17 November but still haven't received a gift card email. I did phone customer services who escalated it on 1 December but still no response from them. I emailed them a nudge yesterday but still nothing.
It's not great, is it? Can someone sort this out?

This is getting ridiculous. Still no response from customer services. Why offer something and then fail to supply it?
I'd like a reply by the end of the week please.
