Hi, similar to other messages posted on here, my fibre went live 4 weeks ago and I haven't had a reward voucher email yet (I've checked spam too).
I seem to be having drop outs in internet connection and having to restart the router (not too often, but it happened 3 times in 24 hours over the bank holiday weekend), so I will buy one of the BT ones I see mentioned regularly on here and see if that improves things....
