Reward Card confirmation email resend

Hi I received email from Plusnet on 26 August (Question #256683519) confirming should receive email within 28 days for the instructions to receive Plusnet Reward Card, my service go alive 10 September but I still have not received an instruction email. How could I apply to have it send ?

Your email with a link to claim your reward should come within 10 days of your service activating, and this contains a link to claim your card.

Have you double checked your emails including spam / junk?

Hey @Peter_JW, thanks for replying.
NO, I have checked email, including spam & junk folder. I did not receive email with a link to claim reward. The service activated on the 10th September already. This is why am contacting the Team to figure out what had happened.

I also have not received a reward email, and I signed up 2 weeks ago now.

@Csat02 I can see that the email you signed up with and that the reward card would be sent to is different from the one you currently have registered to your account. Just to check, have you checked this other email including the spam/junk folder ?

I can see your Reward card claim email was sent out on 9/10/2026 at 00:07 to the same email you have registered to this community. Can you find it in your spam/junk folder from then? 

If not please let us know and we can help with your claim.

Yes, I have checked both email, both spam and junk folders. I didnt receive in either email before asking in community.
Can you see in your side when was the Reward card claim email sent out ?

@Csat02 Thanks for confirming. Your cashback offer is slightly different so I am unable to see when your email may have been sent. But I have requested our team take a look into this to help get it sorted and will update you once I know more.

Hi @Andy123098,

Welcome to the Plusnet Community

Your account/service needs to have been active for 10 days before the reward card claim email will be sent. Once it arrives just follow the instructions in the email.

Please let us know if you have not recieved the email after 10 days of your service being live and we can investigate further for you.

@Csat02 I am sure you have already been notified but just to confirm your cashback has been issued as a cheque and will arrive within 14 days.

The account has not been active for 10 working days, you should receive the email within the next few days.
