We were new to Plusnet and have had our broadband since 01/07/22, very happy with the service so far however we have not received our reward card or the email to claim our reward card.
We were offered £100 reward by one of the Plusnet agents, I have the chat transcript and a screenshot of the offer available.
I have contacted Plusnet twice and emailed the purecard plusnet email address and haven’t received a reply. Any suggestions of how to resolve this?
