I've just signed up for PlusNet broadband, and I'd like to have the router sent to a different address to the one that the broadband connection is for. How can I do that?

Hi John,
Thanks for the advice. I gave that a go but none of the options that the automated system provided were relevant, and there was no "everything else" option.
I have essentially the same issue as this poster here:

And that seems to have been resolved here on the forums.

@kn Try option 3 in the list - support via the forums is very 'hit and miss' these days.
