Recently renewed... but two issues
Got the end-of-contract email as expected and, after scouting around for cheaper offers, couldn't find any so decided to renew. Renewal went through within a day - great.
Problem 1: I've now lost the referral discount that was applied to my previous 18-month contract, and
Problem 2: No information has been provided by Plusnet so far on how to claim the £50 cashback.
Can anyone help?

You'll receive an email within the next 28 days with regards to claiming your cashback. Please note on occasions, these emails can go into your spam/junk folder so I'd recommend checking all folders.
In regards to your referral discount, we're currently seeing 2 active referral discounts from our side. Please do let us know if there should be more.
