Dear Anoush

I've given one of your colleges MY ultimatum to Activate my Brodaband AND transfer my phone line. I've been driven MAD by listening to the [-Censored-] dance "music" that your telephony plays over the last two days and will NOT be subjecting myself to it any more.
Deadline for REAL service: 12:00 TODAY!
WHY do I have to do a DIFFERENT log-in for this forum?

Hi Joe,

I'm really sorry to see this.

As I can't find your account from details in your forum profile like e-mail address etc, could you drop me a private message? You may have to post twice more before you'll get the permission to privately message someone. 

As for the different log in for the forum, the system we use for this forum is not linked in any way to our accounts system.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
