Query about package upgrade

My contract for partial fibre with Plusnet ends on 4th February. I've decided to upgrade to Full Fibre and have scheduled engineer visit to install on 28th January. Now I'm wondering what happens between 28th January to 4th February, will I still have the broadband access I need to work from home during this period? Advice welcomed.

Until your Full Fibre service is installed and working, your FTTC connection will remain up.

All things being well you should have internet apart from maybe an hour or so during installation of FF.
