Prepaid cashcard

Hi, when I signed up it was on one of the 'not really black friday' deals and one of the perks was a £75 prepaid cashcard. I can't see anything on my account regarding how to claim this. Additionally, I've had no correspondence regarding this since my account went live.

When I got one of these through BT they pretty much just sent it in the post and it was ready to go. I'd like to get this sorted as I'd intended to use it for some Christmas shopping. Anyone know how to claim it or check that it's gone through okay?

With you cashback pre-paid card, you will receive a redemption email within the first ten days of service going live, once claimed it can take up to 30 days to get to you. So it may not be there before Christmas I'm afraid.

Thank you very much - I will await that email. I didn't realise there was a 10 day wait and had assumed I needed to do something my end.

I will let you know if I do/don't receive it.
