Potential problem with line, order cancelled?
So I signed up earlier today, and within hours was informed there's a potential issue with the line in the property I'm due to move into in two weeks. Of course the relevant department doesn't work on a weekend so I'll have to wait. Any ideas of what the issue might be? Checked BT and it's an ADSL (but not fibre) enabled line, and I purposefully didn't get fibre for that reason.

If the property is currently occupied then it is likely that the current occupier will have cancelled the line. You can't place a new order until the cease happens.
