Been a member of PlusNet for just over a year now and decided to upgrade to Fibre. Order placed on the 25th July and I had an e-mail from PlusNet on the 1st August to say my product change is now complete. Great but I still have not received my new Hub One, so am effectively paying for a service I cannot use.
The tracker says the order is not yet placed for the hub one but then there is a note under the product change area that says the hardware has been sent. The payment has also been taken for the P&P.
Has anyone else had any issues with receiving their new Hub? What is the usual P&P time?
