Order Tracking Query

I upgraded to Fibre yesterday, and was wondering if there was anyway to track the order via the Member Centre? I've looked at the Order Tracker section, but this just details my previous order (when I initially joined Plusnet).

There isn't any way to do that I'm afraid.

I've checked your account and it looks like the fibre upgrade has been pushed back to the 12th.

Thanks for the update. That's disappointing; I was told it shouldn't be a long wait yesterday. I wasn't expecting 10 days. any reason for the knock back?

It depends on engineer availability in your area.

Any chance a note can be added to the order to see if an engineer can get out to the area before the 12th August? Seems a long wait if I'm being honest.

Ok.

 

When the new hub arrives, am I to set that up? Will it work with my existing b'band? Or am I to wait until I receive confirmation that the fibre upgrade has been completed?

Thanks for the update. My hub arrived yesterday. Is my fibre activation still showing as live on the 12th, or has it been brought forward at all?
