I'm due to have full fibre in my village very soon.
My account has an phone order in progress error for months.
Does anyone know how to remove this please.

Ring PN and get them to unstick the the flag. This is a recurring fault which has been reported hundreds of times, but PN seem unable or unwilling to examine and rectify the cause.

I've placed an order to activate the pending call features, which are causing this error.
The error should be gone within the next few hours, so you can upgrade afterwards.
