Phone line installed - No broadband - No communication from Plusnet
BT Openreach engineer installed the phone line on 7th November and now 10 days later I've had NO communication from Plusnet as to when the broadband will commence.
Can someone please look into why we have the phone line but still no connection date?

Latest ticket was 8th Nov (today 18th) which is a service notice.

Several referto "order cancelled" and "Diary status Application rejected"
How long does it usually take to start the broadband serice after the phone line has been installed by BT Openreach?
I hope they are not going to charge me for the phone line as the sole reason for having it is to facilitate broadband!
