Package changed to full fibre on the 18/01/23, charged but no order to track

Hi, 

I had my internet package changed from fibre broadband to full fibre on the 18th of Jan. They charged me for the delivery of a new router and booked an engineer. 

 

However, I have not received any notifications when my new hub will arrive nor any notification whether the change is successful as no order can be tracked on my account. 

 

Is there any kind soul that can help me, please?

Hi there, I've just checked over your account and can see that the upgrade is set to take place on 24/2/23.

 

We send out the router a day or two prior to activation so that's set to reach you in time for that going ahead.
