Outstanding Ticket on order ~

I have an outstanding ticket  raised by Plusnet  , I was asked to contact them  but  everytime  i ring ,  i cant get through  , there seems to be no one online for an online chat , its  just frequently asked questions  . 

 

Any ideas on what the current wait times are  ? 

Also cant get the  router to work  , its starts off solid green then turns into flashing orange  lights  , no idea why its not working  has anyone else had this problem  .

@Subitai71 Unfortunately, phone wait times are horrendous at the moment, you are best trying as soon as possible after 8AM as possible.

Re:  Hub not working - try doing a factory reset - insert a paper clip into the rest hole on the rear of the Hub, hold the switch closed for ~30 seconds,  or  until the light turns green, release, and then wait until it is solid blue.

Can you use the "add more information" option on the ticket?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, there's only a few of us on forum posts.

 

I can see that there was an issue but the order should complete on the 19th. That's been put on the open ticket as well for you.
