I ordered fire extra and my new line was installed on the 17 of June !! My broadband was originally promised within 48 hours but has not happened. Its beened ordered twice through the automated system each time you failing to update unless I ask why. This is beyond a joke now and I want it sorted !! I cant even ring as you are not accepting calls.
