Wrong switching date

Hi I signed up to switch from bt on Friday I put down the 22nd of July as the switch date as that's when my bt contract runs out I have since he had a message saying the switch will be on the 17th bt have also contacted me to say there Will be a charge for switching on the 17th I was to phone the provisioning team and they would change the date for me having made 3 attempts to call and spending 2hours on hold I have give up I am hoping someone on here might be able to help otherwise I may cancel and stick with bt. Thanks

Thanks for moving the post but maybe a reply with some help might of been more useful . I didn't think posting on the forum would be much help clearly I was right.☹️
