I placed an order for line rental and broadband a week ago. However, when I look at my account online it says that my account is still being prepared and I still have no activation date. Other people that I know who have recently signed up to the same package with Plusnet received a text with an activation date the day after signing up. I’d just like just know what is happening with my account and when I'd be able to have activation.
