Order status

I transferred to a Plusned line with an upgrade to fibre broadband, ordered in February. The line has been moved from BT to Plusnet (mid March) but I have not received a new hub or heard anything about the fibre upgrade. I can't get through on the phone, any ideas of when my order will be completed? Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us @pjcro

Unfortunately, we can't put through two orders at a time so we prioritised bringing your phone line over.

What should have happened after that was done was the fibre upgrade being placed but it appears the request was closed in error.

I've put the upgrade through for you and we'll confirm the upgrade date as soon as we're able
