Order status

Hi

08/10/2018 I decided to switch from sky broadband to plusnet fibre . I placed my order and paid installation fee, it's was supposed to take about 10 days according to advert on your web side, and it is over 2 weeks and I had no info about my new unlimited fibre extra.

Sorry to hear you haven't had an update on your order in so long.

Unfortunately it looks like our provisioning system didn't automatically place the order with our suppliers. I've manually placed the order for you now and we should be able to confirm your activation date within the next 48-72 hours.

It'll take a little longer than usual to confirm as we're importing your telephone number from your previous provider.

Once confirmed, it should take around 10 working days to activate your service as we'd still be transferring a working line. We'll post your router out to you before this happens.
