My router still hasn't been delivered despite me getting notified last week (18th) it was in the post and being delivered 1st class. It is impossible to get through to anyone in customer services to chase this.

Upon looking into this I can see that you have subsequently spoken to an agent on the phones who have confirm this in in transit.
