Order status updates?

So my broadband is due to be switched over from sky tomorrow 4th Oct, But I am yet to receive a router or any updates about how the order is going, I haven't got a single email about my order apart from the initial purchase email, The direct debit has been setup so they can be bothered to take my money but not give me updates seems appropriate i'm just another consumer after all.

 I would phone up but queue times are unreal, That's the reason I left Sky seems it's just an industry standard to hang on a phone all day. I'm just about to give up and not bother with any internet services anymore it's beyond a joke.
