I ordered unlimited fibre and paid 29.99 and had no welcome email or nothing. Rang up and the account had never gome through correctly. I just got off the phone to pay another 29.99. I am now all set up with plusnet. But what about my refund of 29.99. I have now paid twice. What a rough start for a new customer. Any more issues then im entitled to cancel within 14 days and I'll take my business elsewhere. Appaling so far. I would like tok know when im getting this refund into my bank account asap. Thanks.
