Order failed/incomplete?

Hi - I should have been migrated on 24th (booked pre corona, wish I'd cancelled)

 

I've been without a phone line for over a week

 

The plusnet number just hang up, and I've been ignored on twitter

For anyone struggling, I suggest persevering with the call centre. my order had been stuck after BT rejected the BB migration. Nothing would have happened if I hadn't called, hopefully I should get a phone line today
