Order delayed

I received a generic text saying more order was delayed - tried calling and didn’t get through to anyone. How do I get an update of when I can get internet as I’m supposed to be working from home next week!

I'm really sorry for the delay with your order and I can imagine the confusion as well as worry this is causing, especially when you are due to work from home.

 

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we're quite chocca at the moment, I can see the order has completed and you have an active connection. Can I check you are up and running at your side?
