I just received a message saying that my order has been delayed and asked to call for more details or visit help.plusnet. I tried to call them but I was put on hold for a long time and no one answer. I am so frustrated and don't understand why they don't send the details together with the message or email. I'm moving to a new apartment next week, but I'm not sure if the previous tenant still have their broadband contract. Would that be the reason why it has been delayed?

@sirawit726 Welcome to the forum.
You will have to wait and see if a Plusnet staffer comes along to hear wahat is happening in this case.
What can happen is that you arrange to take over a working line from the current account holder and they then decide to cancel their contract rather than let the process just work itself out. This throws a spanner in the works and introduces a delay.

Re: Order delayed without any information
Hi there @sirawit726,
Sorry for the delay to your order, the type of orders we need to place needed to be done manually so they're now in place and your services are due to move over to us on 12/9/22.
Please do let me know if there's anything else I can help with.
