Another new customer receiving the 'order delayed' text. Is there anywhere that I can view what the delay is and what it is caused by?

Good afternoon @woodski, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry about the slight delay.
Your line is what we call a SOGEA line, so our automated system wasn't able to automatically place the orders to take it over, hence the "order delayed" text.
Not to worry, our team have manually placed your orders, which are due to complete on 22/07/2022.
