Order Update

I contacted Plusnet on 13.10 to advise of my homemove on 24.10. I also upgraded to full fibre 145. I received my router and the order update on my account says it's activated and ready to go however there's no ONT at the new property, only an old Virgin box. I've been on hold for about 2 hours altogether since yesterday, I'm a bit confused about what's happening.
Could someone provide an update?

I'm really sorry for the long wait time to speak with us. 

I can see we emailed you on the 14th October to confirm we've arranged an engineer to visit you on the 15th November 8am to 1pm. If you can't find the email you can view it logged as a ticket Here.

Let me know if there's anything else you need help with.
