Since I am having a bit of withdrawal from not having internet, I was wondering when my order for my broadband will be prepared since the order status hasn’t changed as it is now 5 working days now and I was wondering how long it will take.
I'm sorry for the lack of communication there has been surrounding the orders. I've taken a look into the account and can confirm they are in place but we're just awaiting for our suppliers to confirm the activation date of the service. I'd imagine we should be able to confirm this within the next 24-48 hours.
