Order Delayed, no details

I have received a text stating my order has been delayed.
I would like to know when I can expect my order to be complete as I would like to have proper internet access soon.
I phoned to try find out more information about when I can expect my order however after waiting on hold for a long time I was unable to get through to anyone.

Hi there @Bec1 I'm really sorry for the delay to your order. I've just looked into it and I can see our initial order failed due to a system problem unfortunately. We've got a new one in place and the services are due to go live on the 22nd.
