Not received update about order

On 20th April I signed up for plusnet, on 22nd April I got a message saying I needed to confirm my address, which I did. I received a message saying "we had escalated to our relevant team regarding your order they will get back to you with latest update." But it's been almost a week and I've heard NOTHING. The router still hasn't been dispatched and I haven't been told anything at all. 

 

I'm very frustrated, I had issues with another company when I first moved in to my flat a month ago, and now I'm just waiting and waiting to finally have broadband. Can someone just tell me whats going on???
