Not received £50 reward card

My account went haywire for some unknown reason before Christmas when upgrading to fibre.. That has now been rectified but I have not yet received any communication re my £50 reward card for getting this upgrade.

Help please!

Hi there, I'm sorry that you still don't have your reward card. 

 

I've sent an escalation through to our billing team to chase this up, I'll get back to you with an update as soon as I've received a response.
