Not activated

Hi, my internet is due to be activated today, I understand it’s up to midnight tonight, however I haven’t had an email or text to let me know what’s going on, will it be on today or not? I have tried live help and got no where.

@borry890 My best suggestion is to hold off doing anything until tomorrow, then try your connection fairly early in the morning. If you still can't get on line, post back and someone will have a look for you.

I note you have already posted in the Fibre board - ignore this.
