No updates on fibre order

Hi,

I placed an order on the 6th May. I've had updates about my phone service but nothing at all about internet. I see from the BT Wholesale checker that an open order is due to complete tomorrow.

When should I expect Plusnet to contact me, and when should I expect a working service?

Sorry to hear you haven't heard from us.

As you've said the order is due to complete tomorrow however it appears that due to a system issue your router hadn't been ordered.

I've ordered this for you now and we'll get it to you as soon as possible/
