I ordered broadband over a month ago, it kept getting delayed. They said they have ordered my router however there is no sign of it. Last week I got confirmation that my Wi-Fi is up and running however I still don’t have a router

It left the warehouse on 11th October and was sent via first class mail. I've a suspicion I can see what's happened though. The formatting of your address on the delivery label wasn't very clear so it could have confused the postie.
I've ordered you a replacement.
