No router / router information

HI i upgraded from Broadband to Fibre Unlimited and on Tuesday and due to switch next Wednesday. But have not received new Router yet. It says been dispatched on my account

I'm sorry to hear it's not arrived yet. I've checked the account and I can see that it was in a state of awaiting order, so I've pushed that through now and it will be with you in the next 3-5 working days at the latest, though it may arrive sooner.
