Activation date

When will I know my activation date for my broadband? The online tracker currently says “ Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}.” and I have a text to confirm that my phone service will be ready on 7th October. Both myself and my partner work from home so we need to know when we can expect to have internet as we will need to try figure out what we are going to do with work whilst we don’t have internet.

I'm sorry to see your order tracker's not showing your activation date for your broadband. 

I've checked this for you and I can confirm it's due to go live on the same day as your phone line (07/10/21)

It can take anytime up to midnight though. Let us know if you have any further issues.
