No reward card received

I am still waiting for an email for my reward card which I was supposed to receive for joining up. It's been two months since my startup date. I notice there are a lot of messages on the forum about this issue. How do I go about fixing it?

I also have an issue on my promised £145

• £145 rewards promised...
• I have 2 separate emails from Plusnet with two different voucher codes for reward cards. Both received September 22nd.
  
  Voucher code 1) £45
  I had the email just before the 28 days with a link.
  The card is meant to be on it's way, not arrived yet.
  
  Voucher code 2) £100
  It's now more than the 28 days and no communications about this part of the reward card.
  HOW am I meant to claim part of the deal please?

I'd appreciate some help please.

Hi I've also not heard anything about my reward of £145 (no mention of it in contract) and nowhere did it state about two cards, it was termed and stated a £145 pure card from plusnet. 

Could you let me know what's going on please. 

Hope everyone gets the full £145 reward card we are due.

I have not received my reward card. I started in Sept 2025.
Contacting plusnet regarding this issue has been difficult. Please can someone help me. Regards Richard

Unfortunately I only got notifications today.
As I don't check back on forums alot or emails. As far as I'm aware cards been claimed, awaiting delivery. How long will that take from claiming to delivery. And is it one card of £145 ? Thanks in advance
