Sorry to add to the glut of reward card posts, but my Full Fibre upgrade completed 09/07 and I've heard nothing about claiming the £75 card promised during my call with retentions.
Hoping a staff member can pick this up for me.

@Peter_D Hi there, Sorry to hear you've not received your reward card, I've checked your account and couldn't find a reward card associated with your full fibre upgrade. However, there are a couple of tickets on your account referring to the £75 reward card which confirms you should be eligible for it.
In this case I've escalated this issue to our Billing Operations team to get this resolved for you. Please allow 3-5 working days for a response on this and as soon as i hear something back from the escalation, i will be in contact to discuss the resolution to this.

Hi, thanks for your reply. The claim email actually came through this morning (I assumed someone here had escalated it)
I've responded and hopefully it comes through okay within the 30 days.
I won't mark this as fixed yet just in case I need to get back to you (all these reward card threads make me think I will!)

@Peter_D Thankyou for your response and the info provided. That's a little strange but lets see if you get this reward card delivered! Either way ill keep the escalation in place for now and see what the team says.

Hi @Windings Can confirm that I received and activated the card today. So apart from a slight delay with the claim email, I have to say that contrary to my expectations, it was a speedy and seamless process for me. Thanks!
