No Go-live date

I've recently decided to switch to Plusnet from Talktalk and my order is currently being processed, however, on my Member centre home page there is no Go-live date:

"Your Plusnet Fibre broadband order

We'll arrange for your fibre broadband service to be installed. This will happen on

If your preferred appointment date isn't available, we'll call you within a week to make alternative arrangements."

 

There is no date for installation and I was just wondering if there was any way of confirming when my broadband will be live?
