No Broadband After weeks of trying

Hi,

 

Over 3 plusnet accounts and several weeks and multiple orders many excuses and explanations and still no broadband.

 

CEO Complaints involved but we seem to be going round in circles orders placed stuck in system wait to clear then reorder.

 

my address is a basic one but the neighbours have bb by bt and plusnet.

 

can anyone help with why this is happening in 2022 ?

Apologies for the delayed response first of all, it's really disappointing to see that there's been issues not just with one but 3 accounts, I can't imagine how frustrating that must be.
