Is your post text crossed through because your problem has been resolved?

If not then a word of advice: 'Me too' posts often get missed. Your problem is more likely to be addressed if you go to the 'My Order' page on this forum. At the top you will find the 'Start a Topic' field. This will allow you to start your own thread that is far more likely to attract the attention of a Plusnet Staffer.
