Hi,
New customer with Plusnet. Went for the unlimited fibre and presumed it would only take 2/3 weeks to get everything up and running.
Now I've been notified that it's going to be mid February. So over 2½ months to get anything sorted. Is this normal?
If so I'll just end up cancelling and moving to another provider as I thought all of them would have roughly the same time frame.
