New to Plus Net

Just been informed my new broadband and phone are up and running, only they aren't , no phone line , no broadband .No one answering phone , no online help .Huh

I am really sorry to hear you are having problems @NSCOFFIELD I've tested your line and I've detected a line fault which I've now raised with Openreach. We've been advised of an estimated response time of by 10/03/17 23:59:59.
