New order


Was with Plusnet standard broadband but for some reason it got cancelled and moved over to BT. No idea how this happened as no one at the property had done so. Therefore Plusnet broadband was stopped and without internet since 29th November. Setup a new order for Plusnet fibre, the router came but was told it will take until the 19th to setup the broadband (assuming this is the engineer visit). Any chance this can be done sooner if possible or not as this would be almost 3 weeks without internet.
