New order, no broadband.

Openreach line added 07/07

Correct phone number ported from virgin 16/07


as of 24/07 - 

No broadband.

No router.

No communication.

Hours spent on hold.

 

shockingly bad customer service.

 

am I within my rights to rescind this contract and move to another supplier?
