Hello
Will have the installation for full fibre this Friday Jan 31, as of today Jan 27, haven't got any updates for the router dispatch message.
When will it be dispatch?

@lucky1705 Are you currently a PN customer? If so check your Members Centre for any notifications/updates. Note , Hubs are sent by Royal Mail Tracked24 to arrive 2/3 days prior to activation, and you should receive notification by text and/or email when it leaves the warehouse.

Recently there have been some delays at the despatch warehouse.
If you are already a Plusnet customer, your existing router should work with FTTP - just plus the Ethernet cable into Port 4 on the back of the router. There might need to be a couple of adjustments made ... there are others around here with that practical knowledge.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Townman Good point, although there have been suggestions the logjam may have cleared.

Hi @lucky1705 ,
Your router should be with you within the next 1-3 working days I would say.
Keep an eye on your emails, once it's dispatched you will get an email to track the router.
Yes, the router delivery issues should now all be clear, most customer got their routers Saturday/Monday from the looks of it, thought you would want to know in case anyone does mention router delivery issues from end of last week. Lucky1705 was not one of the affected customers thankfully. Seems like they were not close enough to their activation date to have it sent out as @jab1 stated.
