New customer.

hello , i am requesting an update on my order status , i ordered on 26-Jan-2019 and it is now 2 weeks later and i have not received any info on what is happening and when i will either receive my router or have fiber working, could you please check my order status and get back to me with some kind of idea of when i will be activated.

ok thank you for the reply , i will wait until the 17th February 2019 then i will see what happens after the other provider's cease has expired.
